How to calibrate

Method 1: Automatic (VAG, BMW, Mercedes since 2015)

  1. Engine ON, car on level ground
  2. Steering wheel straight (verified on a straight road)
  3. Turn wheel fully left to lock
  4. Turn wheel fully right to lock
  5. Turn back to center (0°)
  6. After 5-10 sec SAS auto-detects new zero-point
  7. Drive 500 m straight → calibration complete

Method 2: Via VCDS (VAG)

  1. VCDS → Module 03 (ABS Brakes) → Adaptation
  2. Channel: SAS Zero Position → New Value: 0
