How to delete your Car Diagnostics account and all associated data.

You can delete your Car Diagnostics account and all data associated with it at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open the Car Diagnostics app and sign in. Go to Profile. Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is performed immediately.

Option 2 — by email request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address your account is registered to (for Google Sign-In accounts — from that Google email). We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email, name, sign-in credentials). Your vehicles and their details (VIN, mileage history). All diagnostic sessions, scan history, reports, predictions and recommendations. AI chat conversations. Active sessions and tokens.

What may be retained

Server technical logs — retained up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. A minimal audit record of the deletion itself (timestamp and account identifier), kept for security and legal compliance.
