By using Car Diagnostics you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Service description
The platform provides on-board OBD-II diagnostics tools: DTC reads, live telemetry, AI analysis, reports and fleet management through a web panel and a mobile app.
Account
You can register with email/password or Google. You are responsible for safekeeping your credentials. Guest mode is tied to a device and may be lost on app reinstall.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans charge automatically at the start of each period. Cancel any time from your account — access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds are processed within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable use
The service is provided for lawful use. Reverse engineering, unauthorised access attempts, spam, malicious content are prohibited.
Your data
Data collected from your OBD-II adapter and tied to your account is processed under the Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your data.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on diagnostics readings. For critical failures, please consult a certified technician.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced ahead of time via email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
