Freeze frame
Snapshot of parameters at fault time.
When the ECU stores a DTC it also captures a "freeze frame" of key parameters (RPM, speed, coolant temp, LTFT/STFT, boost, load) at the moment of detection. Read via Mode 02. Invaluable for diagnosis — shows the conditions under which the problem occurred.
